Priya Raghunathan

Background

Priya leads investment sales, working with private capital, family partnerships and 1031 exchange buyers on assets between two and twenty five million dollars. She trained as an accountant before moving into brokerage, and it shows in the underwriting.

Her practice is heaviest in net lease and medical office, where the value question is really a credit and term question. She has a standing rule that no asset goes to market until the rent roll has been audited against the leases, line by line.

Priya also prepares the firm's broker opinions of value for partnership buyouts and estates, work that rarely makes a press release and frequently decides a family's outcome.
